About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible Security Guard / Watchman to join our team at Battle Park Sport Gaming Club located inside Dalma Mall-Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will help maintain a fun, safe, and secure environment for guests of all ages, while protecting valuable gaming equipment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the gaming area and enforce safety rules and age restrictions
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the gaming zone, entrance, and staff-only areas
- Prevent and respond inappropriate behavior
- Watch over minors and support staff in maintaining a family-friendly environment
- Report incidents, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management
- Maintain a daily log of observations, activities, and incidents
- Coordinate with mall security or emergency services when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security or watchman experience preferred (especially in retail or entertainment venues)
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to stay alert, act quickly, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
