The role holder plays a pivotal role in identifying and managing group wide banking training needs and developing innovative L&D solutions to fulfill the identified needs
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Identifying specific L&D needs based on current and past performance data and latest central bank guidelines and circulars
- Obtain approval on the L&D specs, roadmap and calendar from the Business Unit Stakeholders, HRBP and L&D Head.
- Develop detailed program designs consisting of specific learning objectives, topics, content, presentation methods, learner exercises, and assessment criteria to be used
- Publish and maintain project trackers and closely monitor progress
- Manage end user training for all new system implementation projects.
- Network with global and regional core banking experts to consider L&D best practices.
- Make specific recommendations to upgrade banking programs to align with the global best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- At least 10 years of experience:
- Organization known for best L&D practices
- GCC/ME experience
- Knowledge of core banking systems
- Conceptual and innovative thinking
