- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast talent needs and align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive recruitment planning to ensure critical roles are filled within defined timelines and budgets.
2. Talent Sourcing & Executive Search
- Oversee advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships, job boards, and digital sourcing platforms to build strong candidate pipelines.
3. Onboarding & Induction Excellence
- Oversee smooth execution of onboarding processes including offer management, documentation, and background verification.
- Collaborate with L&D and HR teams to deliver impactful induction programs that reinforce brand values and accelerate integration.
- Monitor new hire engagement during onboarding and address early attrition risks.
4. Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Ensure data integrity and process efficiency across Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal databases.
- Track and report hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) through dashboards for leadership.
- Maintain full compliance with audit standards, internal controls, and labor regulations.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Projects
- Lead employer branding initiatives including digital campaigns, career events, and partnerships with universities.
- Drive strategic talent projects such as internal mobility frameworks, referral programs, and recruitment automation tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and technology adoption.
