Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years in UAE
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, well-organized, and capable of managing job cards, customer follow-ups, and coordinating with technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Prepare job cards and provide accurate service estimates
- Coordinate between workshop technicians and customers
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Service Advisor in the UAE
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of automotive service procedures
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
