Green Laundry is hiring a Shoe Cleaner & Repair Specialist! Join our growing team to deliver high-quality shoe cleaning and repair services to our valued clients across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, polish, and restore all types of shoes (leather, suede, sneakers, etc.).
- Perform basic shoe repairs such as sole fixing, stitching, and heel replacement.
- Inspect shoes and advise customers on the best cleaning or repair solutions.
- Manage customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and upsell premium shoe care packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shoe care workstation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in shoe cleaning, repair, or leather care is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
