Position: Showroom Supervisor and QA
Location: Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and guide sales staff to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure vehicles are displayed in an organized and appealing manner.
- Monitor customer interactions to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for vehicle availability.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the showroom.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure process adherence and product quality.
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance protocols.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive products and showroom operations.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
