- Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise staff living in the camp.
- Ensure safety regulations are met.
- Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards.
- Ordering and managing supplies and materials.
- Maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Asst Camp Boss or Operations Coordinator.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Capable of using ERP application.
- Strong knowledge and capability to deal with employees in large numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interact with employees, address their concerns and issues.
- Graduation or High school diploma preferred.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi languages.
- Hindi is Mandatory
