- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements based on drawings and specifications.
- Evaluate and verify subcontractor payment applications and progress claims.
- Monitor site progress and compare with project timelines and cost estimates.
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in procurement and preparation of contracts, including BOQs and tender documents.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage variations, claims, and potential cost risks.
- Liaise with site engineers and project managers to ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Maintain records of site measurements, drawings, and cost-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
