We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects across UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in interior contracting, the ability to manage site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely project delivery while upholding quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all site activities related to interior fit-out works including joinery, gypsum, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing.
- Ensure all work is completed according to design drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Conduct daily site inspections and issue reports on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Manage labor resources, materials, and site logistics effectively.
- Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed on-site at all times.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Assist in snagging and de-snagging processes for project handover.
- Drive to multiple sites as needed across Dubai or other Emirates.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry (residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects).
- Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing materials, joinery, and MEP coordination.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and AutoCAD layouts.
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
