- To make calls & manage relationship of assigned NEOBIZ portfolio.
- To complete fulfillment process for all NEOBIZ accounts.
- Meet the customer at the required location to complete verification process of original documents submitted during digital onboarding journey and to complete NEOBIZ accounts Fulfilment through digital Tablet.
- Ensure that the KPI targets set are met.
- Sales targets are met in all the products individually.
- Ensure retention of quality customers for maximum revenue generation
- Create effective hooks for customer to mitigate customer risk.
- Ensure control requirement of the business are adhered to in line with Bank policies to ensure quality growth in business.
- Ensure sound awareness levels on all SME products.
- Strong analytical, logical skills.
- Sound market knowledge and SME business understanding.
- Sound technical skill set across diverse products.
- University degree in any business discipline, I- 2 years of relevant work experience in Commercial/ SME Banking.
