We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage multiple social media accounts across all platforms by developing strategies, filming, editing, and producing engaging content that resonates with each audience. This role involves full ownership of the content creation process from ideation to final publication ensuring consistent growth and strong community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies to grow and engage audiences across all social media platforms.
- Manage daily posting schedules including stories, reels, posts, and other platform-specific content formats.
- Monitor engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Track social media analytics and optimize content strategies based on data insights.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices across all social media channels.
Content Creation:
- Conceptualize and brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with each account’s style and goals.
- Film high-quality videos and capture photos suitable for various social media platforms.
- Edit all video and photo content to ensure professional quality before publishing.
- Manage and maintain content calendars to organize timely and coordinated posting.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots including setup, locations, and props.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external partners or brands as needed.
- Ensure sponsored or branded content adheres to guidelines.
- Research competitors and trends to continuously improve content performance.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on account growth, engagement, and campaign results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in filming and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, InShot, or similar).
- Strong photography and photo editing skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and sponsored content guidelines is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
