Social Media Marketing cum Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Social Media Marketing cum Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and oversee our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will create content calendars, coordinate with our in-house creative team, and execute campaigns across social media and digital channels to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Plan campaign themes, content ideas, and posting schedules in line with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with the design, video, and content team to ensure timely asset creation.
- Publish and schedule posts; manage community engagement (comments, messages, etc.).
- Monitor platform trends and adjust strategies for maximum reach.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Work on SEO strategy (on-page & off-page) with relevant teams.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Track campaign performance with analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in social media & digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms and content planning.
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
