Role Summary:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will support the team in content creation, community management, campaign execution, and performance analysis across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms.
- Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor and respond to followers’ comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and prepare weekly reports.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and influencer collaborations.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
- Support photo and video shoots for digital content.
- Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and photographers if required.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) are a plus.
- Interest in content creation, photography, and video editing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and eagerness to learn.
- Must be organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
