We are looking for a serious, skilled, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is not a “just post on Instagram” job — we need someone who can manage full digital marketing operations end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and design photos & short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Ads) with professional quality.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting).
- Implement SEO strategies to increase website ranking and traffic.
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites (content, plugins, updates).
- Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Plan and execute content calendars across all social platforms.
- Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements for ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, ads, and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite & Google Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research).
- Familiarity with WordPress (posting, plugin management, landing pages).
- Experience with CRM systems (lead tracking, automation is a plus).
- Strong communication in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
