- Adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards to prevent foodborne illnesses.

- Taking full responsibility for the quality of output from the station.
- Consistently and efficiently preparing food from the station.
- Reporting and tracking food waste as well as equipment issues.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality settings
- Expertise in Continental, Asian and International cuisines
- Knowledge of or interest in nutrition and plant based cooking
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
