Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper inventory of perfumes and store items.
- Receive, check, and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Issue products to staff/customers as per requirements and record transactions.
- Ensure the store and display areas are always clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Handle basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Assist customers politely, provide product information, and guide them in their selection.
- Manage customer handling at the counter, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management promptly.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times.
- Support the sales team and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in perfume retail preferred.
- Basic knowledge of storekeeping, stock management, and cleaning procedures.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Physically fit to perform store and cleaning duties.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
