Position: Strategic Executive Assistant to the General Manager
Location: Warehouse, Al Quoz
Salary: AED 4,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)

Role Summary
We are seeking a sharp and highly capable Strategic Executive Assistant to work closely with the General Manager in driving business execution, maintaining operational clarity, and ensuring organizational alignment across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical thinking with tactical execution and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in a strategic operations, business support, or project coordination role—preferably within a startup, consultancy, or high-performance environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with discretion and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; capable of drawing insight from data and presenting it clearly.
- Highly organized with strong ownership mentality and attention to detail.
- Confident preparing documents, slide decks, and summaries for leadership.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in problem-solving without needing step-by-step instructions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Follow-Up: Translate GM directives into structured workstreams; track implementation with departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Performance & Progress Reporting: Analyze departmental KPIs, surface risks, and consolidate insights into weekly executive dashboards with summaries of wins, blockers, and next steps.
- Strategic Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and agendas; document meeting outcomes and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Governance & Priority Tracking: Create systems for monitoring strategic initiatives, ensuring key goals remain on track and visible across leadership.
- Cross-Team Communication: Serve as a liaison between the GM and internal stakeholders; reinforce clarity on decisions, changes, and expectations.
- Representation: Step in on behalf of the GM for selected internal discussions and coordination activities as required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
