Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the entire process of construction work,
• Compare the completed works with architectural designs,
• Control the quality of construction work and materials,
• Monitor compliance with the deadlines for construction work,
• Monitor the work of construction personnel and compliance with technical safety standards,
• Participate in the recruitment of construction personnel,
• Monitor compliance with production and engineering requirements of projects,
• Measure the construction work carried out,
• Compare the actual construction work performed with the work specified in the execution acts,
• Bear material responsibility for the materials used in construction,
• Prepare a requisition for necessary materials, submit it to the purchasing and supply department for approval,
• Organize, plan and supervise the work of construction teams,
• Follow the norms set forth in the Company's Internal Disciplinary Regulations

Job Requirements

• Higher or secondary vocational education,
• At least 2 years of professional work experience,
• Planning skills and experience working with schedules,
• Ability to manage people,
• Ability to work in a coordinated manner,
• Ability to work in a team,
