About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join The Spa team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Assist the Spa Manager in handling payroll duties with accuracy, adhering to timelines and Jumeirah requirements.
- Train the Spa and Fitness team, ensuring staff knowledge of products and coordinating with vendors/designers for training and sales support.
- Track Spa and Fitness quality scores (Medallia, LQA, Trip Advisor) and create and implement action plans as necessary.
- Monitor the performance of Spa GSE, Spa attendants, and Fitness team, supervising, disciplining, and guiding employees as needed.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews for GSE and fitness staff based on established KPIs, tracking their performance, and providing feedback.
- Ensure guest areas of the Spa and Gym are clean, inventories are well-stocked, and the environment adheres to LQA and Jumeirah standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any other relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience within luxury hospitality or luxury customer service.
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Project Management Skills
