We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional techniques, exceptional knife skills, and a strong commitment to quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other dishes
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portioning
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management on menu development
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
