About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to support the Team in managing the team’s workflow and productivity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a leadership/ Sales Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting new Sales Officers.
- Recruit, train, coach, and oversee a team of sales executives. Conduct regular performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development trainings.
- Help ensure Individual targets and KPIs are met.
- Monitor application pipelines from lead generation to card delivery; ensure adherence to KYC norms and internal/banking regulations.
- Lead and motivate the team to hit individual and group targets, fostering a positive and goal-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a team leadership role is preferred.
- Team building is mandatory.
- Expecting to join with 12 to 15 Sales Executives
- Around 3–6+ years in credit card or banking sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. UAE experience is a plus.
