About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Making Machine In-Charge to lead the operation and maintenance of key tobacco manufacturing machinery. This role demands strong technical expertise and leadership to ensure seamless production and machine uptime.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operation of machines including below expertise:
- GD 121, GD X, Docufle, Houni, Filter Machines
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns.
- Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and quick resolution of machine failures.
- Coordinate with the store team to request spare parts needed for repairs.
- Train and supervise machine operators and maintenance staff.
- Keep detailed records of machine performance, maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize output. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within tobacco manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of listed machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with store teams and cross-functional departments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in machine operation, maintenance, or tobacco manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.
