We're now looking for a Technical Project Manager to help drive the delivery of cutting-edge AI and software solutions in the GCC region, working closely with internal engineering teams and regional stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Own Project Delivery: Lead technical projects end-to-end - from requirements to delivery - across AI, software, and platform domains.
- Manage Stakeholders: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, government clients, and technical teams in the GCC.
- Drive Agile Process: Implement and facilitate agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring consistent communication, sprint planning, and delivery cycles.
- Translate Tech & Business: Understand AI/LLM project scopes and collaborate effectively with engineers while keeping non-technical stakeholders aligned.
- Support Technical Planning: Review technical proposals, estimate delivery timelines, and flag risks or bottlenecks early.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear project documentation, updates, and executive briefings for clients and leadership.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in technical project or product management roles
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, especially in the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks
- A technical background (e.g., experience with software development or AI/LLM concepts)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluency or proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus
Bonus Points For:
- Prior experience with AI/ML or LLM-driven product delivery
- Background working with or in government sectors in the GCC
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other PM tools
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or MLOps concepts
