We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, promoting property listings, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce property options
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about available properties
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate details
- Follow up with leads to schedule meetings for property consultants
- Build rapport with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Ability to handle rejections positively and keep a professional tone
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian are an advantage)
