Role Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals passionate about financial markets and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to promote our trading services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand market trends and client needs to provide relevant trading solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute growth strategies and drive revenue.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Attractive commissions and performance-based bonuses
- Visa and medical insurance provided by the company
- Direct interview with the company (no third-party involvement)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of financial markets (Forex, CFDs) is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in a brokerage or financial services environment is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, English, Malayalam & Tamil is highly desirable
