Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure the duties and performance updates.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support on monthly stock keeping records.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals quotation, proforma invoice and tax invoice whenever necessary as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
