Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and booking appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our eye-care services and promotions.
- Schedule appointments for eye exams and follow-up consultations.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and track interactions in excel.
- Achieve set targets for calls and appointments.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotional offers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in handling emails and queries
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
- Fluent in English other languages will be a plus.
