Key Responsibilities:
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to potential clients from company-provided leads.
- Present and promote property listings effectively over the phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Arrange and attend client meetings and property viewings.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and sales progress in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, persistence, and resilience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
