We are currently seeking a motivated and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, strong communication skills, and an interest in financial products. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our financial products and services
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules using CRM tools
- Stay up to date with company offerings and financial market trends
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
- Basic understanding of CFD trading or other financial products is a strong advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
