We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Telesales Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills and a good understanding of Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, able to manage digital tools effectively, and passionate about connecting with potential customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Arabic and English.
- Promote and sell products/services over the phone in a persuasive and professional manner.
- Build rapport with clients and follow up to maintain ongoing relationships.
- Record customer information, inquiries, and sales details accurately using digital systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain updated records of calls and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on customer trends or challenges.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only (as per team/cultural requirements).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven telesales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
