Telesales

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Telesales Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills and a good understanding of Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, able to manage digital tools effectively, and passionate about connecting with potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Arabic and English.
• Promote and sell products/services over the phone in a persuasive and professional manner.
• Build rapport with clients and follow up to maintain ongoing relationships.
• Record customer information, inquiries, and sales details accurately using digital systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
• Manage CRM systems and maintain updated records of calls and client interactions.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on customer trends or challenges.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only (as per team/cultural requirements).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven telesales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
