Position: Telesales Executive

Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 ( incentives/commission)

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote visa consultancy services.
Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements and processes.
Assist clients in understanding documentation needs.
Maintain customer records in the system.
Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Deliver excellent customer service to build strong relationships.
Requirements:
Previous telesales or customer service experience (visa/travel industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).

9-hour working shifts, 6 days a week.
