Math Financial Group is a leading financial solutions provider in Dubai, specializing in Mortgage Loans, Commercial Loans, and Construction Loans. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven, result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing family.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our financial products & services.
- Qualify leads, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Update and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients for repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close high-value deals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in telesales, call center sales, or telemarketing (financial services experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tamil/Tagalog an advantage).
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and sales-focused personality.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM usage.
