We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Team Lead to manage and drive our telesales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Fintech, Gaming, Forex, or Crypto, and will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, setting targets, and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales executives.
- Drive sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Tele Sales / Business Development in Fintech, Gaming, Forex, or Crypto sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
