- Identifying and Evaluating Opportunities:Researching potential projects, assessing their suitability, and contributing to go/no-go decisions.
- Developing Bid Strategies:Establishing a clear execution strategy for each bid, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Managing the Bid Process:Coordinating internal teams, gathering information, writing compelling proposals, and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Negotiation and Communication:Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate favorable terms.
- Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with each bid, including commercial and technical aspects.
- Post-Tender Activities:Handing over awarded projects to the execution team, monitoring performance, and participating in post-bid reviews.
