Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or commercial marketing, ideally in the alcohol or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of the three-tier system and alcohol category dynamics.
- Experience working with both on-trade and off-trade channels.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and sales performance tracking.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Nielsen, IRI, or Salesforce is a plus.
