Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transport activities.
- Ensure timely availability and deployment of vehicles.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records of trips, drivers, and vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Liaise with drivers, management, and clients for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in fleet/transport coordination.
- Holder of valid UAE driving license
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and fleet management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
