Role Purpose (ARABIC SCHOOL)
To oversee and manage the daily operations of the school’s transport system in Ajman, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and punctuality of student and staff travel while upholding the cultural values and operational standards of an Arabic school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Management:
- Oversee daily operations of school buses and transport vehicles
- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with RTA and school safety regulations
- Route Planning & Scheduling:
- Design and optimize bus routes based on student locations and school timings
- Assign drivers and substitute staff as needed
- Coordinate transport for school events and field trips
- Staff Supervision:
- Manage and evaluate drivers and transport assistants
- Conduct regular briefings and safety training sessions
- Maintain attendance and performance records
- Parent & School Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact for transport-related queries
- Address complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Share timely updates on delays, changes, or incidents
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of routes, maintenance, licenses, and inspections
- Ensure all drivers hold valid UAE licenses and meet school standards
- Prepare reports for audits and administrative reviews

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
2+ years in transport or logistics supervision
Language
Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
Technical
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and route planning tools
License
Valid UAE LMV driving license
