We're Hiring: Travel Agent – Dubai (JLT Office)
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team on a
3-month full-time contract (possibility to extend), based in our Dubai JLT office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in travel management, especially in planning routes and booking travel for staff deployed on international projects.
Key Details:
- Location: Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai
- Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance)
- Type: Full-time, On-site
- Visa: Must be on own visa (Freelance/Spouse/Golden Visa, etc.)
- Start: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for company staff
- Plan optimal and cost-effective travel routes, with special focus on the Pacific region
- Ensure all bookings comply with visa and travel regulations
- Provide real-time support to traveling staff for any changes or emergencies
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, and documentation
- Coordinate visa processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in corporate travel management
- Strong knowledge of international travel routes, especially across the Pacific region
- Familiarity with airline systems, fare comparison tools, and booking platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes
