Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Travel Agent Representative to join our growing travel agency team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sales and business development, while also managing operations, client inquiries, and booking fulfillment. The role requires prior experience in the UAE travel market, and candidates with an existing network of corporate and retail clients will be given preference. The candidate should also be capable of supporting basic administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and convert new corporate and retail clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Represent the company in sales meetings, expos, and networking events.
Operations & Fulfillment
- Handle day-to-day client inquiries (calls, emails, social media).
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and proposals.
- Book flights, hotels, visa services, transfers, and other travel-related services.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless client experiences.
Client Servicing
- Provide after-sales support and manage post-booking changes or issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service.
- Build loyalty and encourage repeat business through effective relationship management.
Administrative & Accounting Support
- Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
- Support general office admin tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a travel agency in the UAE market.
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the travel industry.
- Existing network of corporate and/or retail travel clients is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations, airline booking systems, and travel operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle operational responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with GDS or travel booking platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with basic admin and accounting tasks.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
