The Travelling Butler provides seamless, personalized service to the principal while accompanying the principal across multiple international and domestic locations. This role ensures the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and efficiency, managing a broad range of personal and household services including travel arrangements, wardrobe management, event coordination, and day-to-day lifestyle needs. The Travelling Butler acts as a trusted, adaptable, and discreet point of contact for all personal support requirements.
JOB LOCATION - Fujairah, UAE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification from a recognised Butler School
- Valid driver’s license (UAE and international driving permit preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Multilingual skills (preferred but not required)
- Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level service role, ideally with experience in luxury travel.
- Proven track record of working with UHNW clients in multiple countries or multicultural environments.
- Experience coordinating luxury accommodations, private travel, fine dining service, and event planning.
- Familiarity with household and staff management in various settings (villas, estates, and hotels).

- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.
- Provide high-level personal service at all times, including formal dining, valet assistance, and daily lifestyle support.
- Ensure professional appearance and behavior, acting as a trusted representative of the client.
- Plan and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
- Handle packing and unpacking, including organizing wardrobes, managing laundry, and caring for luxury clothing and accessories.
- Oversee and coordinate with household staff, hotel personnel, chauffeurs, and security teams.
- Support the client during events, meetings, or trips by providing on-site assistance, set-up, and coordination.
- Use technology and smart home systems to manage household and travel logistics.
- Keep detailed inventories of personal items, clothing, travel supplies, and valuables.
- Remain organized, punctual, and calm in high-pressure or rapidly changing environments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the client, staff, and service providers.
- Assist with pet care, child support, or other personal needs as required while traveling.
- Handle shopping, errands, and personal tasks discreetly and efficiently.
- Anticipate client needs and deliver service proactively and with excellent attention to detail.
- Adapt easily to new environments, cultures, and schedules, always maintaining flexibility.
