Job Title: Tourism Consultant (Operations)
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of travel packages, including flight, hotel, tour, and transport bookings. Serves as the primary client contact, ensures smooth operations, resolves issues, and contributes to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and organize customized travel packages based on client needs.
Manage all travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, activities) using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus.
Communicate with clients for consultations, understanding requirements, and providing support before and during travel.
Coordinate operations with suppliers and service providers, managing invoicing and payments.
Efficiently resolve emergent issues (cancellations, changes, complaints).
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in travel consulting or tourism operations.
Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as (Amadeus).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively problem-solve and make decisions.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Good knowledge of travel destinations.
