Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches, ensuring smooth functioning of all travel services including ticketing, visa processing, and inbound/outbound tours.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the branch teams to achieve departmental and organizational targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
- Monitor and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, travel agents, and service providers, to maintain high-quality offerings.
- Review and optimize operational processes for ticketing, visa processing, and tour management.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, branch achievements, and operational challenges for senior management.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to enhance service quality and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing, visa services, and inbound/outbound tour management.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Sabre and Amadeus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales/performance targets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities across branches.
