The TTS MEA Business Execution Head is responsible for enabling the delivery TTS’ strategic agenda across the MEA cluster whilst maintaining strong end to end controls & business discipline
The Business Execution Head partners across the Global, Cluster & Country stakeholders to set the strategic agenda for MEA TTS. They oversee execution of MEA strategic priorities; ensure disciplined business management routines & analysis; deliver on scorecard & financial goals; ensure robust end to end controls & governance
Key responsibilities:
Strategy
- Shape the MEA TTS strategy & roadmap, ensuring alignment between global & cluster priorities
- Define, articulate & embed performance metrics & standards
- Strategic execution. Ensure timely & accurate execution of defined strategic priorities
- Centrally own business governance framework to maintain transparency & momentum
- Track performance against strategic priorities
- Lead strategic programs as required
Governance & Controls
- Ensure TTS MEA actively engages in & fully conforms with applicable business & legal vehicle governance requirements & obligations. Ensure timely & accurate execution of TTS MEA related deliverables
- Work in close partnership with the Controls, Product & Operations teams to support or lead the timely fulfilment of regulatory deliverables, CAP’s & product approvals relating to TTS MEA
- Support execution of ad hoc controls & regulatory deliverables
- Represent TTS MEA at senior governance forums
Financial Performance
- Build & track financial plans in alignment with finance, product, sales & functional partners
- Ensure detailed analysis & assessment of financial performance. Identify & articulate positive & negative financial drivers. Work directly with applicable functions & partners to define and mitigate any financial performance risks
- Provide analytical & business management support to identify & deliver expense optimisation & productivity opportunities across MEA
- Lead the investment planning process for TTS MEA. Work across front and back-office teams to define, prioritise & quantify investment priorities for the cluster. Track progress to plan
- Manage headcount, expense approval and other “BAU” administration processes
Client & Growth ·
- Work across Sales teams to define & track client growth & profitability plan Oversee client performance metrics, win-loss analysis, client experience themes & pricing models to maximise client profitability
- Oversee sales & coverage productivity performance to ensure disciplined pipeline management & wallet share growth. Performance Management & Business Administration
- Coordinate business management reviews. Produce high quality presentations & supporting materials for senior business reviews
- Leverage global data sources to produce coherent management insights/intelligence to inform TTS MEA strategy, planning & decision making ·
- Utilise internal & external benchmarking data to assess competitive performance/wallet share & articulate specific, actionable opportunities & threats
- Produce accurate, timely reporting to track MEA TTS performance against strategic priorities & defined scorecard metrics
- Continuous review, analysis & publication of performance against targets/KPI’s. Identify risks/opportunities & associated action plans. People & Organisation
- Lead a high performing MEA Business Execution team. Ensure best in class talent in place, motivated & supported to operate at the highest level

- Ensure optimal organisation design across MEA TTS
- Lead organisational change
- Support targeted employee engagement & VOE initiatives such as town halls, round-tables & ongoing MEA communications

Qualifications/Skills:
- Relevant experience in financial services, preferably in the transaction banking space
- Track record of high quality execution in a pressurised environment
- Record for challenging status quo & driving change
- Experience working in a controlled & regulated function preferable. Strong appreciation for & understanding of the controls & risk environment
- Experience leading & developing outstanding teams
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
