Key Responsibilities:
- Type and prepare legal, government, and visa documents in both English and Arabic (if applicable)
- Process applications for visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, and other government-related paperwork
- Enter and update data in government systems (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.)
- Track the progress of submitted applications and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain organized digital and hardcopy records of all transactions
- Liaise with PROs and government offices when needed
- Ensure documents meet official formatting and accuracy standards
- Translate documents if required (English ↔ Arabic)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in typing and document processing for PRO-related tasks
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy
- Familiarity with UAE or Gulf-based government portals and immigration systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using systems such as TASHEEL, GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP/ICA, EDNRD
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) typing ability
- Knowledge of local labor laws and immigration regulations

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
