Job Description
- Prepare and type government forms, applications, letters, and official correspondence.
- Translate and type documents in both Arabic and English as required.
- Assist with visa applications, labor cards, Emirates ID, and other government-related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all processed documents.
- Coordinate with government entities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Municipality) for submissions and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor and immigration laws.
- Support the PRO in daily tasks including documentation, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on changes to government processes and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a typist or administrative assistant, preferably in a PRO or legal setting.
- Familiarity with e-government systems and online portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, TAMM).
- Proficiency in typing in both Arabic and English.
- Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
