Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm compelling video concepts, including scripting, shot lists, mood boards, and schedule planning.
- Film across gym areas—group classes, personal training zones, wellness activities, and member features.
- Manage logistics and equipment—cameras, lighting, audio, props.
- Direct fitness instructors, members, and staff to capture authentic, energetic footage.
- Edit footage into polished final videos, applying color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and text overlays.
- Organize footage and maintain a video asset library for easy reuse.
- Work closely with designers and marketers to ensure visual consistency and campaign alignment.
- Support event coverage—such as gym launches, member showcases, and promotional shoots.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably within fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or similar industries.
- Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and motion graphics/visual effects capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with camera operations, lighting, audio setups, and fast-paced shoot environments.
- Creative vision paired with strong organizational skills for managing assets and workflows
