Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual who can fluently communicate in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written). The ideal candidate will coordinate with our Vietnamese partners, handle documentation, manage communications, and ensure smooth workflow between our teams and clients in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Vietnamese clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Translate documents, emails, and agreements between Vietnamese and English.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate shipments, orders, and project timelines with Vietnamese counterparts.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support the management team in cross-border projects involving Vietnam.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in coordination, administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
