1. Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies that elevate our retail segment awareness, aid partnership & help acquisition & engagement in the UAE.
2. Build and manage partnerships, sponsorships for personal & business banking segments -free zones, business hubs, and local entrepreneurship communities, through a rigorous engagement calendar. E.g. – UHNI events, workshops/seminars, webinars, co-branded activations, thought leadership opportunities, etc.
3. Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers, media personalities, and relevant content creators to drive advocacy and awareness.
4. Oversee on-ground activations & events — from ideation to execution and measurement.
5. Work cross-functionally with internal brand, digital marketing, and content teams to ensure message consistency across touchpoints.
6. Manage external agencies, production vendors, and media partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
7. Track KPIs and event ROI — including lead generation, media impressions, and post-activation engagement.
We’re looking for a hands-on and strategically minded experiential & content Marketing Lead to help us amplify our presence in the UAE’s dynamic business landscape. This role will focus on building high-impact, localized experiences across UHNI events, free zones, SME communities, influencer channels, and offline media platforms.
Key KRAs:
• Own and manage the segment’s experiential marketing calendar, strategy, and annual budget.
• Develop KPIs in partnership with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with segment objectives.
• Track competitor activities and recommend marketing actions in response.
• Execute partnerships with free zones and ecosystem players, driving awareness and credibility.
• Plan and deliver key activations and events (mass, affluent, UHNI), managing end-to-end execution.
• Ensure compliance and brand governance across all marketing activities.
• Analyze and report performance, with clear ROI and insights to miximise impact & business.
• Multi-layered stakeholder management (business partners, agencies, vendors, wider marketing team, compliance, etc.)
• 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in experiential, event marketing, or partnership activation roles.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end events that blend strategy with execution.
• Exposure to B2B or business banking environments is ideal
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
