Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers promptly upon arrival, providing menus and detailed information about the day's special offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations when asked.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, preparing for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and wine pairings is a plus.
